Aquatics Refund Policy
Seasonal Passes are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made if the member has experienced a personal event that shortens the length of the season, or the member’s ability to use the facility. BCRD will issue a refund if the pass holder’s season is cut short due to one of the following:
- Injury or Illness that prevents the pass holder from using the pass
- Pregnancy
- Military Service deployment
- A stay-at-home order issued by the city, county, state, or federal government.
BCRD may ask for documentation of the above from the pass holder before issuing a refund.
The amount of any refund issued will be based on the following schedule:
- 80% refund up to June 27, 2025
- 50% refund up to July 18, 2025
- 30% refund up to August 1, 2025
No refunds will be issued for passes after August 1, 2025
Program Registrations include a 10% non-refundable fee. Cancelations made after the start of the program will not be refunded unless due to one of the listed criteria:
- the participant is injured, becomes ill, or is asked to leave the program due to the participant being a danger to him/herself and/or others
- the program is cancelled due to weather or other circumstances beyond the control of BCRD
- the program is cancelled due to a federal, state, or county mandated closure.
If the participant meets the criteria above, a refund will be issued on a prorated basis according to days left in the program less 10%.
