Beginner Mountain Bike Clinics (2 Sessions)
Beginner: These 4 hour, 2 day clinics are designed for beginner riders looking to gain confidence with the fundamentals of Mountain Biking. Clinics will cover proper body positioning, braking, shifting, cornering and basic bike maintenance. Sessions will take place at Quigley Trail Park
Who: New Riders 18 and older
When:- Session 1: May 24th and 25th
- Session 2: June 14th and 15th

Intermediate Mountain Bike Clinic: Technical Skills: Climbing and Descending
This 6 hour, 2 day clinic is designed for intermediate riders looking to improve technical skills. This clinic will give riders the skills and confidence to tackle more technical terrain. Focus will be on climbing and descending comfortably and efficiently loose surfaces and navigating rock features. Sessions will take place on the Croy trail system.
Who: Intermediate Riders 18 and older
When: May 24th and 25th
Time: 1:00 pm - 4:00 Pm

Intermediate Mountain Bike Clinics: Cornering and Transitions
This 6 hour, 2 day clinic is designed for intermediate riders looking to improve technical skills and learn to ride more efficiently. Riders will utilize the variable terrain and features at Quigley trail park to improve body positioning, cornering, climbing, descending and pedal stroke.
Who: Intermediate Riders 18 and older
When: June 14th and 15th
Time: 1:00 pm - 4:00

Wilderness First Aid Certification
In just two days, gain the critical thinking skills you need to confidently recognize and manage any medical emergency... no matter where you play. Through group discussion and hands-on skills practice, you'll learn how to assess the critical systems that keep your body alive, determine if a backcountry medical condition is serious or not serious, manage musculoskeletal injuries, and prevent and deal with environmental concerns like temperature, drowning, and lightning.
